VITAL POST is an AI-powered social media marketing platform that generates, schedules, and helps publish content across multiple social media platforms. The service requires users to provide their own AI API keys.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for your own API keys and any charges incurred through their use. VITAL POST encrypts your keys but you acknowledge that AI content generation costs are billed directly by the API provider (Anthropic/OpenAI).
You retain full ownership of all content generated through VITAL POST. We do not claim any rights to your posts, brand assets, or generated content. You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with platform guidelines.
You agree not to use VITAL POST to generate spam, misleading content, hate speech, or content that violates any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period.
VITAL POST is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to reputational damage or lost revenue.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
